Website redesign in Malaysia
Convyra provides website redesign in Malaysia for websites that look fine but do not bring enquiries. We audit what you have, keep the pages that already rank, and rebuild the rest around one goal: turning the right visitors into WhatsApp messages, calls and quote requests, from one senior team in Kuala Lumpur.

Why websites get visitors but no enquiries
Most underperforming websites have the same few problems. The first screen talks about the company instead of the buyer’s problem. There is no single clear next step. Proof, such as projects, clients and reviews, is hidden on pages nobody opens. And the site is slow or awkward on a phone, which is where most Malaysian buyers look first.
A website redesign in Malaysia should fix the path, not just the paint. We decide what a buyer needs to see to enquire, put it in that order, and make WhatsApp, call and quote buttons one tap away on every page.
Because the new site is built SEO-ready, it does two jobs at once: it converts more of the visitors you already get, and it gives Google better reasons to send you more.
What our website redesign includes
Website and SEO audit
A review of your current site, its Search Console data, speed, mobile usability and the reasons visitors leave without enquiring.
Ranking protection
A URL map and 301 redirects so pages that already rank keep their traffic after launch.
Conversion structure
Clear service pages, proof near the top and one repeated next step: WhatsApp, call or quote request.
Mobile-first design
Layouts designed for phones first, in your brand, reviewed on real devices.
Technical SEO rebuild
Fast loading, clean headings, structured data, sitemap, Search Console and Google Business Profile setup.
Enquiry tracking
Analytics and conversion events so you can see which pages and sources produce enquiries.

How to redesign a website without losing Google rankings
The biggest risk in a website redesign is losing the search traffic you already have. Before anything is designed, we export every page that receives impressions in Google Search Console, note its title, headings and links, and map each old address to its new one.
At launch, every old URL is redirected to its closest new page with a permanent (301) redirect, the new sitemap is submitted and the most important pages are requested for indexing. We then compare impressions, clicks and positions for the following weeks and fix anything that dropped.
Done this way, a website redesign keeps your history with Google and adds what was missing: faster pages, clearer service pages, structured data and content that answers what buyers actually search for.
Who a website redesign is for
- Companies whose website has been online for years but rarely brings an enquiry.
- Businesses that have grown, while the website still looks like the company did five years ago.
- Firms running ads to a website that loses the visitors before they enquire.
- Owners who are embarrassed to send their website link to a large client.

Website redesign questions we get asked
How much does a website redesign cost in Malaysia?
Our Launch plan is RM1,800 one-time for a business website with on-page and technical SEO and Google Business Profile setup. A redesign is also included free with any monthly marketing plan, from RM1,800 a month with no minimum term. Large sites with many pages are quoted after the audit.
Will I lose my Google rankings if I redesign my website?
Not if the redesign is planned properly. We map every existing page that gets search traffic and redirect it to its new address with a permanent 301 redirect, keep or improve the content that ranks, and monitor Search Console after launch.
How do I know if my website needs a redesign?
Common signs: it rarely brings enquiries, it is slow or hard to use on a phone, your latest projects are not on it, it does not appear on Google for your service and area, or you hesitate to send the link to a large client.
How long does a website redesign take?
Most website redesigns in Malaysia take 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the number of pages and how quickly content and photos are ready.
Can you redesign a WordPress or Wix website?
Yes. We can redesign on your current platform or move you to a faster setup, with redirects in place either way.
Do you offer a free website review?
Yes. We run a free 20-minute review of your current website and tell you the first three fixes, whether or not you work with us.
Do you work with companies outside the Klang Valley?
Yes. We are based in Kuala Lumpur and work with companies across Malaysia, including Selangor, Penang, Johor, Perak, Sabah and Sarawak, meeting in person in the Klang Valley and online everywhere else. We also take on overseas clients online.
